Duties

Carrying out maintenance and repair works in the units of our university on time without interruption and providing technical support in IT issues,
Carrying out all kinds of maintenance-repair and service services of the existing computer hardware,
Preparation and installation of technical equipment to be used in events and activities to be organized in general,
Advising on the establishment of the computer infrastructure of the institution and carrying out works related to the purchase of necessary hardware and devices,
Ensuring the follow-up and coordination of the warranty and maintenance contracts of computers and other ancillary units used in the units,
Monitoring and management of antivirus system,
Providing technical service support to computers in computer laboratories,
Determining the licensed software to be installed on user computers, controlling the installation and installation of 3rd party software, if any, and preventing it from damaging the overall system,
